"I would highly recommend the services of Continuity Care. The services they provide has enabled my mother to remain in her own home. Without their services this would not be possible. We have been using Continuity Care for approximately 3 years and they have been able to adapt the services they provide to my mother in line with her declining health. What makes their service special is they have the same team of 3 carers supporting my mother who has mobility issues and onset Vascular Dementia. This is what makes them different from other organisations who offer support, with other companies it could be one of a number of carers attending to my mother’s needs. It is important with my mother’s conditions to have the same familiar faces supporting her. The team really do go over and beyond what is expected of them and we are so grateful for the support they offer and to know my mother is receiving the very best care."
