Our Home Help support packages are a minimum of two hours per visit upwards. One of our fully trained support workers would visit you at home and assist with the practical tasks that you need support with.

Companionship visits support people living independently within their own homes. The minimum two hour visit enables our client and support worker to build good relationships rather than being task focused.
This service is generally for people being discharged from hospital however, it can also be used for returning home from staying with family or being on holiday.

As part of this service we can visit you in hospital or at home prior to your break to determine what is required. This service is for a minimum of 6 hours but can be extended for as long as you need it. It can be a one off service or used on an as-needed basis.
Looking after a loved one is very rewarding but it can also become overwhelming at times. We can offer anything from a 2 hour break, for you to gather your thoughts and relax, up to a 24 hour package to allow you to go away. Our fully trained support staff would care for your loved one in their familiar surroundings rather than send them into residential care during your break. People choose this service as their loved one will have one-to-one care during this time and remain settled in the comfort of their own home. You and your loved one would be able to choose how the care package was to be delivered without the restrictions imposed by residential care.
Our over night service is offered to allow peace of mind that your loved one will be safe and cared for throughout the night. This service comprises of two options, either a sleepover service or a waking night service.
Sleepover service
The support worker will require a bed in a separate room to sleep. They will be on duty all night and can be woken up to 3 times to assist with any care required, for example going to the toilet. If the support worker is woken more than 3 times this is then classed as a waking night. Sleepover service is charged at a block rate.
Waking night
This service means that the support worker will remain awake all night to assist with your loved ones care needs if they need continual attention or they cannot be left alone. A waking night service is charged at the hourly rate.
