Being a Continuity Care Scotland Support Worker is not just a job. Our support workers feel a sense of belonging and can look forward to a long term relationship with us. Full classroom based training will give you the basic knowledge needed to complete a training period with our clients shadowed by a qualified support worker. After a meeting with our service manager, you will be welcomed to the family. You will have regular contact with our service manager and your colleagues. Your role maybe classed as lone working but remember with Continuity Care Scotland you will never feel alone.

Mike Fettes | Support Worker

“I love working for Continuity Care. They fully understand the needs of our clients and are only a phone call away. Janet is always there to help with anything that crops up, be it with a client or a support worker. In other companies I have worked for, money seems to be the main objective but not with Continuity Care. Jane always says the client’s care and welfare comes FIRST”.

Anna Sweetin | Support Worker

“I love working for Continuity Care. They are the type of company that doesn’t discuss last night’s Great British Bake Off until they know everyone in the team has caught up. Now that’s what I call effective communication”.

Lorraine Glaister | Support Worker

“I love working for Continuity Care. The company gives you time to build a great bond and trust with your clients. This helps you become more passionate about the job that you are doing each day. I’m not going to lie; you sometimes get low but seeing your clients and knowing what you are helping them to achieve overrides that”.
